Policies - Refund Policy

We currently accept returns and exchanges from customers only within the territories we ship to. Returns are accepted for both defective and functional products. Products may be exchanged for items of lesser, equal, or greater value, with any price difference either refunded to or charged to the customer. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in new or slightly used condition. Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Refunds will only be issued to the original customer and original payment method. Items pending on backorder pending production may be refunded for any reason.

All returns must be made by mail. Customers will be provided with a shipping label for returns. If a product's refund or exchange request is declined, or if the return process is canceled by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping from Kardon Machining LLC back to them. For successful returns, customers will not incur restocking or shipping fees. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7 days.

To initiate a return or exchange, customers can start the process from their order confirmation email or by contacting support at support@kardonmachining.com. If initiating a return through customer support, you will need to provide your order details. Once a return is approved, a shipping label will be sent to the email address used at the time of purchase. Items must be securely packaged before shipping. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund or exchange accordingly.

Certain items may not be eligible for return or may be declined. This includes items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, tampering, or modifications. Additionally, products returned after the 30-day return window will not be accepted. If an item is damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, and the item was in working condition before return, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
